1. Refund Eligibility

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

    • Your invoice number

    • The name associated with the order

  2. Once we confirm your request, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us within the specified timeframe.

3. Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned outside the 14-day period.

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration (due to usage).
