3. No International Shipping
At this time, Zalla does not offer international shipping. We plan to expand our shipping options in the future. Stay tuned!
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can TRACK YOUR ORDER on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Zalla is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Zalla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos of the damaged product and packaging for a replacement or refund.
